Microfinance Focus, Dec. 10, 2009: TATA Capital Limited has recently felicitated Kolkata-based Bandhan Microfinance, one of India's largest microfinance institutions, said a statement. At its second customer meet called "Connect 2009" held at the Park in Kolkata on Dec. 5, 2009, TATA Capital felicitated Bandhan for its significant contribution to the microfinance space. The relationship between Bandhan and TATA Capital started with TATA  capital disbursing its first loan to Bandhan in  September 2009. Both Bandhan and TATA Capital expressed hope to strengthen their relationship further.
